Led by Creative Director, Eileih Muir, formerly of Company Wayne McGregor, and Chef, Adam Thomason, Captain of the England Culinary Team, Flavour&Some combines food and performance to facilitate unique, indulgent experiences.
From intimate supper clubs to full scale dining spectacles, F&S is a bold and joy-led redefining of the traditional boundaries of the restaurant.
Julian composed the original soundtrack for the event with Stephanie Singer, and was responsible for musical production.

Bodies Tilted
Southbank Meltdown Festival - July 2023
Originally comissioned by Christine & The Queens as part of the Southbank Centre's 2023 Meltdown Festival, Bodies Tilted is an immersive multi-sensory piece created by BitterSuite in which you take part either as an Experiencer or as a Witness.
Experiencers are blindfolded and paired up one-to-one with a performer for an intimate journey through music using movement, touch, taste and scent.
Julian produced the original soundtrack for the event and contributed additional composition to the soundtrack written by Stephanie Singer, inspired by the music of Christine & The Queens.
